Growth. We’ve all experienced sometime in our lives. It comes when it is least expected, and finds its way into our perspectives about life.
There are many times I have grown in my own life.
But what has helped me to grow the most?
Those which gave me the worst struggles. The ones that came with the strong emotion of pain, fear, sorrow, and intense joy.
Not ones that were artificially induced as our advertising and news outlets like to promote. But those which were my own personal experiences.
I see no point in trying to grow without a reason. And life is too filled with opportunities to turn negative experiences into learning experiences.
Growth comes from suffering and joy. Embrace positive events that expand your perspective and deepen your appreciation for life.
To grow is to gain; stagnation is to stay still. Reframe tragedies as opportunities for growth and show others how your experiences have made you better.
Reject self-pity and drama. Choose personal growth and become a light that inspires others to improve their lives.
